Terms and conditions - Private training
Course Enrolment
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you are signing up for five lessons at the same time each week.
Age of Puppy
If you are attending at Pet Medical Milsons Point, you acknowledge that your puppy must be 16-weeks old or younger at the first class. Should you be attending at my North Sydney Studio, your puppy can be any age.
Safety and Pet Care
If you are attending at Pet Medical Milsons Point, by accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your data will be shared with Pet Medical Milsons Point for insurance and safety purposes on site, and you consent to Pet Medical contacting you about pet care.
Cancellation
Should you cancel your attendance at Puppy School prior to the first class, the payment (less the cost of the first class, which is $99) is refundable up until 72 hours prior to the start of the first class. The payment will be forfeited for any cancellation within 72 hours of the first class. There is no refund after the Week 1 class commences and any classes you miss cannot be made up at a later date as the next puppies will be commencing their consecutive sessions..

The payment will be forfeited for any cancellation within 72 hours of the first class. Should you cancel the training session, the fee (less a $20 admin fee) is refundable up until 72 hours prior to the start of the appointment. The training fee will be forfeited for any cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment.
